Staff were very helpful and pleasant, the facilities looked tired and the jacuzzi was not working all weekend.

Treatments were nice but the hotel itself was slightly disappointing. We had to tell the guy on reception what we needed for the spa (robe etc), the changing rooms and showers weren't clean and the pool was full of kids. The hot tub wasn't working either. Felt 70 quid was a little steep for the experience we had.

Treatment was great, facilities were good and I had a really nice day out overall. Only downside was the food, my salad was inedible.
Classic Facials
Hotel very dated, food quality at dinner poor, however breakfast was good and treatments were good. Get what you pay for, don't expect luxury for such a cheap price.
