Booked 1hr deluxe manicure but received a basic manicure that lasted less than 30mins, for £29 definitely not worth the price, spoke to Joanne via email I presume was the manager as no one introduces themselves to their new clients, she offered a refund ( which I didn’t ask for ) but grateful she acknowledged my issues, had a clear nail varnish put on but by next day it peeled off. Beautiful salon just unfortunately it didn’t match my expectations on how a salon should be.
