End results is not bad, but the overall process was not great. Cuticle removal during the pedicure was painful in parts. Use of a very course nail file for the manicure on natural nails ( I had to ask for this not be used to also my buff my nails as it twas just scratching the surface- not buffing). Same nail file then used to try and remove varnish from the skin at the end. Squoval shape for the Manciure is also not consistent- didn’t seem to have great control when filing.

Wax itself was good, but unfortunately what other reviews said about double dipping was true - they only used 1 spatula throughout dipping it back and even scraping excess off into the pot so not the most hygienic.
