I made an appointment for 10 am the previous night for the hairdresser to come to my house as it was listed as a mobile service. I called closer to time to check, several times that she would arrive on time as this was a very important occasion for me. There was no response despite calling 3 times. Call was picked once but disconnected. I received a message later at 12.30 apologising that she was on holiday and Treatwell should have blocked that time. This is unacceptable and shouldn’t have happened.

Unfortunately although advertised as mobile this is not truly a mobile experience. The treatments are in the owners salon. And you pay £10 more to have them come out to you. This obviously bumps up the price a fair bit.
