Apparently tan machine is broken at the moment - the lady did text me to tell me this but only 20 minutes before the appointment

I didn’t actually receive any treatment from this appointment, so it is a little unfair to rate the extensions as I never had them. Aimee never showed up for my appointment, after we booked for a specific time I was the one to text ahead and ask if it was still going ahead. I was told ‘yes but can we change the time’ and then it went downhill from there. Aimee’s lack of communication and organisation was unprofessional: I was going on holiday the morning after the appointment was due so was left without. She offered to send another eyelash technician to me, but failed to explain who this person was / their name / their reputation. She blamed the organisation on Treatwell, saying they’d booked too many appointments for her. Steer clear.

Aimee rearranged my original appointment and then failed to turn up and did not get in contact to advise that she was not coming. I requested a refund and am yet to receive it over a month later! Appalling service. Would not recommend.

Sounds like a familiar story! Booked a spray tan for my hen party and yet again no one turned up! 10 mins after the appointment was due to start, I received a text saying could we reschedule! It was 7pm and too late to book with anyone else! Totally let down, DONT BOOK unless you want to be totally disappointed!

Didn’t show up! I had booked a 9:30am appt as was the only time I could do before I went on holiday and after calling and texting, she messaged me at 9:50 to say she was running late and asked if could I do another time. I said I couldn’t and asked how long she would be and she never replied! I had even got in touch 2 days earlier to confirm directly as I didn’t want this to happen. Very disappointing as there was no time to get an appt anywhere else and as I don’t tan naturally was looking forward to feeling more confident with a spray tan on holiday.
Very unprofessional.
