Booked and prepaid a deep tissue massage for my partner's birthday. Arrived to find venue was closed and property is now available to let. What a waste of time. Waiting for my refund. No telephone contact details for Treatwell and waiting for them to get back to me. No answer when calling the company. Online bookings should be removed for this company.
