I had a booking at 10am this morning but when I arrived the place was shut. I hung around for a while but it didn’t open. I’ve tried to ringing multiple times to rearrange but no answer.

The nail tech didn’t know how to take off acrylics and only told me after she had cut my nails down and made me wait an hour. I would like a full refund but cannot get through to the salon on any number and they have no email.

When getting my cuticles cut and shaped, my beautician cut a sensitive part of my cuticle and it started to bleed. It bleed so much that we had to stop the appointment and I wasn't able to receive the gel manicure treatment as paid for. I was told I would get a refund, but no one from the salon responded to my follow ups for a refund. Its unacceptable to pay £25 upfront for a service that I didn't even receive. Terrible.
