I didn’t even get my treatment and they said they don’t do tong curl and I paid for it but no refunded and they wasn’t even aware of my appointment and said someone who deals with appointment wasn’t there. I was angry because I had a party and couldn’t even do my hair. The attitude from the lady was awful and didn’t felt welcome at all!

The shop never opens on time, the person, that answered the phone, did not even know for the appointments and times, the person who cuts the hair comes at 12 o clock as he said on the phone and the price for ladies cut is over £25. It has nothing to do for what the app offers for that shop. It should not be on Treatwell or you should run a check for this shop as something is not going right.

If I could leave minus stars I would. There’s only one branch to go to for any hairdressing even though I booked the other one that’s convenient for me, why put 2 branches up? Doesn’t not show your a success just doing it because you can say you have 2 branches
Did I get my hair done even though I paid in advance?NO! My sister had an epileptic fit during the time of my appointment did anyone answer or reply my text?NO! This salon is those aunties in hair shops askin to make your hair DONT GO!!
