Terrible experience after booking/confirming appointment on treat well turned up to the salon in good time only to find it was not open, rang the number provided and no answer. Extremely rude and inconsiderate considering i travelled a distance perhaps don't advertise and accept booking if you don't actually want to provide a service I'm just glad I had the good sense not to pay online.
