Paid upfront for a wash cut & blow dry before a wedding I was attending. Arrived at the salon only to be told that no hairdressers were available & I wouldn’t be able to receive my prepaid appointment with little assistance to rectify the situation.

I always go here to use the sun beds and I always see Charlotte’s clients with amazing lashes so I bit the bullet and decided to get mine done. I am absolutely in love with my new lashes, loved how comfortable she made me feel along with taking her time to work her magic, highly recommend her work, I will now be a regular client, thank you so much Charlotte 🥰
