Located at the luxurious Liberton Golf Club, Balanced Lifestyle is an urban health retreat in south Edinburgh. Specialising in therapeutic and holistic massages, their aim is to help restore health, energy and well-being on all levels.
They are based in the stunning Kingston Grange manor house in a historic old Georgian building, just 10 minutes drive from central Edinburgh. The beautifully elegant, collaborated practice therapy space and somatic studio are a hidden secret haven on the first floor of Liberton Golf Club. Completely private from the rest of the building and the rest of the world, Balanced Lifestyle is the perfect place for you to escape and relax.
