Absolutely atrocious terrible experience!!!
The lady was rushing my treatment, never asked once if I was ok. Kept looking at time and saying I have people waiting.

I normally have Angelica, who is lovely, but she was off today. I was a bit daunted, as I'm disabled and very shy, but the owner Hetal and the very sweet Pooja looked after me and put me at my ease. They both did a great job on my waxing. Thank you!
