Kirstie has done a wonderful job with everything i asked for, shes got such a kind personality that you feel very comfortable with her, i would honestly recommend her to my family, friends and strangers. her set up is beautifully presented and is 100% clean.

As kirstie works evening to suit her customers I had got my appointment time mixed up not realising she worked so late, however she was very accommodating and fitted me in at a time to suit me and my nails look fab would recommend.

It is clear to see Kirstie has previously worked in a 5star spa, from her treatments to her beauty space. The treatment bed is divine made up of soft fluffy white towels, it was so comfy I fell asleep during my amazing massage! I was given a big soft white robe and slippers to change into, a lovely touch. The candles where from The White Company, I recognised straight away a familiar scent that I myself love! I had a lava shell massage followed by the 'ultimate luxury facial' both treatments where total bliss, from start to finish I felt as though I had been to Champneys. My skin is still looking and feeling fabulous and I'm counting down the days until my next lava shell massage! Thank you Kirstie, it is a pleasure to leave a review and I look forward to my next treatments. A hidden gem! 5 star spa treatments :)
