Had the olaplex treatment which I have had several times before at different salons. This time was fine, but the step 1 and 2 were mixed and applied at the same time which I don't think produced as good conditioning effect as I have had at other salons. I paid for a treatment and cut, at first my stylist hasn't realised this so I asked for the cut, which was no problem and she gave me the attention to cut a slightly new style too which I'm happy with. So overall a good experience.

My booked hairdresser had called in sick, the hairdresser I was assigned blow dried my hair before cutting, which was odd. I paid more for a blow dry to be included as I was going to a wedding and the hairdresser wasn’t able to do anything but ‘poker straight’ which looks horrible on me... a shame as this place is local but I don’t think it’s worth £45 😔

It was my first time using this hair salon. The shop is clean and stylists skilled and professional, and the atmosphere very relaxing. I have booked haircut and hair styling but once I was in the salon I added the kerastraight as I have heard so much about it. I have very curly hair and they are hard to manage. After the treatment my hair was very soft and my curls are so easy to manage now. I have actually had complete strangers come up to me on two occasions to ask where I had my hair cut because of the way my hair was cut to enhance my natural curl and my own facial points of interest.
So happy with the end result and will make this my life long salon.
