Ive been getting my brows done here for a long time they do them the best. My first time having a cut here and I wasn’t disappointed my hair came out perfectly and exactly how i wanted it!

I love going to John Harvey, Jeannette is my hairdresser and is great, alway does a excellent job 💇🏻‍♀️ I also have my eyebrows done here and have various people do them and always very happy with them ❤️overall great place to go,but the only downfall this visit was it was freezing cold in the salon and i really just wanted to get it done quick🥶☹️ So hopefully this will be sorted on my next visit... but still would highly recommend it ( and not forgetting the lovely mo she’s great too )😍

Please do not waste your money. I booked in for a manicure with gel polish. Half way through my 'manicure' I questioned if this was a manicure, to which the therapist said she didn't know I was having a manicure. She said she would apply cuticle oil and it would be the same as a manicure! Once the gel nail varnish was completed I looked at my nails. I was shocked! It was messy and very thick. When I complained and reffered to their terrible reviews, which I wish I checked before booking!, there response was,"Some people like our service, others don't. We can't please everyone." They then spent a good half an hour trying to remove the varnish because I refused to pay for them. They left half of the nail varnish on my nails and I had to go somewhere else to get the varnish fully removed. AVOID this place!

This is honestly the worst place to go for a wax, please avoid this establishment and DO NOT make the same mistake I did. The woman who gave me a wax didn’t know the difference between a Bikini, Brazilian and Hollywood wax. She left me bleeding as she was so rough when doing the treatment. There was absolutely no care for me and they left me with glue residue and wounds. The place is honestly disgusting and nothing at all like the picture.

Staff is very friendly, shop is always clean and treatments are always done very well I am always happy with my treatment when leaving the shop
