There's no point in arguing with you- the review is my opinion. Yes, you did accommodate my request which you then failed to fulfill. These are the facts. Secondly, I was told a number of times someone would inform me of what is actually happening with that issue- it's a shame it took a negative comment for you to actually get back to me. I didn't make a fuss when you cancelled- this isn't an issue. The problem is a lack of information which causes people to think that they are being ignored. Moreover, if the company doesn't stick to their end of the deal which you refer to as 'these things happen' I strongly believe that a prompt refund is a fair thing to ask. Thank you.
