Hello there... thanks for taking the time to feedback. Please know that you can always feedback directly to the salon manager or receptionist in order to give us the opportunity to investigate what went wrong and how to put it right asap. Our priority is that all clients feel they received a good quality service that was value for money. I can assure you that all of our therapists are trained to a high standard as is required by Westminster council who we are liscenced with for special treatments including massages. Our licence is displayed by reception and further more we are very well known for our massages which is why it is so dissappointing that your experience was a poor one. From your comments it sounds as if you wanted something with deeper pressure? I agree that not all therapists have the same definition of deep so its important to communicate if what you are receiving is not 'on point' so to speak so that the therapist can amend or in extreme cases (where they cannot deliver the required pressure) find you an alternative therapist. We have a large team and so can be very flexible to your needs in this way. Can i also add that our therapist couches are actually multi use as we provide waxing, facials, tinting, massages etc on them. This is standard in the beauty salon industry and not all massage beds/ therapist tables look alike and our wahanda site has images of the tables we use - which have head rests, breathing holes and height adjustment for client comfort. We truly do take your feedback in the spirit in which it was intended as the bottom line is that you were unhappy - and we would welcome the opportunity to demonstrate what we are capable of by offering you a complimentary massage with a deep pressure therapist and even a quick tour of the bed to demonstrate its functionality.
