Hi there, we appreciate your feedback. Here at Zensational Beauty we strive to be the best at what we do & want all of our clients to leave feeling VERY happy. For this particular package the actual treatment time (as a whole is 1hr 15mins). This incl. consultation, clients undressing and preparing for treatment and then receiving the three treatments. When creating our packages and booking times we have to factor in time it takes for the change over that's needed for resetting up beds/rooms for the next clients & so this is where the additional 15 mins come in totalling the 1hr 30mins in all. All of our packages are available for clients to book online which go directly into our diary and it's very important that the extra 15mins is included within the booking time to cover us for all of the above. The online diary is not manned 24 hrs / 7 days a week & so this would leave us open to overlap time into the next clients appt.'s. (should we set the treatment time to the exact 1hr 15mins without factoring in the above). I can see why this has been misunderstood and treatment time/description will all be updated on Wahanda to make this clearer for our clients when making their booking. Zensational beauty take at least 100+ bookings per month for this particular package (please see reviews down page, 5 stars given) and treatment time has never been compromised and can only apologise for this. With re to your treatment I was unaware of this (up until reading your review) and would be more than happy to look into this further for you and find out why this happened? You will need to contact the salon directly as your review was made Anonymous and so It's difficult for me to go back into the diary without knowing your details? We hope that this does not prevent you from booking in with us in the future & I am more than happy to add additional treatment time to any future booking that you make with us to make up for the time that was lost.
