Dear Helen, We are so sorry to hear about your disappointment. After our investigation we found out that you had a replacement of our regular beautician and we do apologise that she didnt meet your expectations. We would like to welcome you back and offer a session of free hot wax with our regular beautician - she is very good and she speaks very good english as well. On more positive note we have also ordered Lycon wax that is suitable for very sensitive skin and its painless for most. Please do call the salon and ask for Anna or Sylwia to arrange your next appointment. We very much look forward welcoming you back at the salon. The Management team
