I hold my hands for being late, my train was cancelled and I called you to let you know as early as I could, before the actual appointment time. Now I'm very surprised about your review to say the least as I did apologise and you made it very clear that it was absolutely no problem and you understood that those things happened. And even more surprising is your complaint about the shower, since it was YOU who broke our brand new shower, I find your comment "unfair". Once again on the day all was fine and there was no problems. I felt it was necessary to set things right as you went public about the all thing, and as my SMS have remained unanswered. Talking straight to people doesn't seem to be something you like to do.
