Dear Nai2f4, thank you for taking the time to feedback to us your comments of your Spa day. I am sorry to hear you did not thoroughly enjoy your day with us. The relaxation beds have been reported and are due to be fixed any day now. At the bottom of the pool it was indeed a small amount of sand which is perfectly clean and sometimes can come out of the pools filter, it is the colour of the pool which makes it look a different colour, so please feel rest assured there was no algae in the pool and the sand has been fully removed. Our changing rooms do get regularly checked every 30 minutes so this may of just happened at the time you came in but we shall certainly reinforce these checks daily.
