Oh no, so sorry Celia to hear that you were not entirely happy with the alternate colour that was proposed. I was under the impression that you were fine with the alternative. Perhaps we could have re-arranged the appointment as I now have much larger fresh stock that has arrived recently. Please note that I will be happy to offer you £20 discount on any service you wish to try from my salon next time as a way of compensation for your dis-appointment. Please let me know if you are completely unhappy with the colour and I will try my best to sort something out for you.
