Just an update. Clearly I was pretty upset when I wrote this review, with good reason. I do have to hand it to them though, I got a very nice phone call this morning to apologise and a follow up email from Michaela. Given my original complaint was about customer service not the haircut I wanted to come back on here and say that the follow up was very much appreciated and the kind of customer service I was looking for in the first instance. I suppose these things happen and the way they have subsequently handled this has been excellent.
