Thank you for your comment and we are very sorry if you felt that way. All customer feedbacks are very important and valued for us to improve our services. We have been extra careful about the voucher restriction and are working hard with Wahanda to sort out any issues we had in the past. We advice customers on the phone and send a confirmation email to remind customers to read the voucher restrictions to avoid any disappointment as well as quote this upon consultation and unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions. However we will continue working hard to satisfy all customers as much as possible. Thank you for the feedback.
