I am sorry you left feeling the way your felt, but a little bit dissapointed that you did not give us this feed back before you left the salon. Also, I am surprised at your comments about our dusty floors, one of the greatest comments we have in our salon is the fact that it is clean and beautiful. We pride ourselves on our clean, and relaxing salon as we strive to ensure it is cleaned to a very high standard at all times. You stated that the rooms were brightly lit, yes we do have some relaxing fragranced candles to enhance our clients' experience, the therapist would have happily blown them out if you had so requested. The oils used for the Aromatherapy massage are Eve Taylor essential oils which should continue to absorb into your skin for maximum benefit as the oils are meant to eliminate toxins and it should have stayed on your skin for a while, you were therefore not supposed to have washed it off. Unfortunately, because you arrived very late for your appointment the therapist was unable to carry out the full hour treatment. Once more I am sorry that you left here dissapointed, that is not our intention and as you can see from all our reviews on here, this is the first time we have received a negative review, especially with regards to our Aromatherapy massages. We will do our best to keep improving our services to our clients. As a gesture of goodwill we can arrange to give you a compensatory treatment at the salon. I will give you a call to arrange this.
