I went to Lushleyso for a full head of highlights with Ashely she was really good & I really liked her and was keen to go back again. I wanted some more highlights so i booked again, i forgot to look at the small print from my first visit and it said that i wouldnt use Wahanda again, Although it wasnt mentioned in the small print of my 2nd booking. This was completley by mistake and I didnt think, and also because wahanda has an app and is convenient. I felt like i was a crimal, the manager came out to discuss this with me and offered to pay the difference whilst three staff stood at the till staring at me. I felt really uncomfortable and was close to leaving, I didnt have to pay the difference as it wasnt a great deal. be warned if you use this once on Wahanda not to book again. It was a genuine mistake and i was made to feel really bad about it. The person that highlighted my hair was not as good as the first lady i saw he wasnt very attentive and just seemed more interested in his next customers.
