I had booked a treatment with the creative director, who asked if I wanted a blow dry afterwards for £40 which I agreed to, however that meant she could not work on my as she had an appointment after. I was then passed to someone else who she gave instructions to to wash and apply treatment to my hair. After the treatment. I was then passed onto a different person to blow dry my hair. The lady who did the blow-dry was lovely but I was not impressed because from the time of wash to the middle of my blow dry the creative director did nothing, reading magazines and an occasion on the phone. At the least I would have expected her to do the treatment, then pass me on for my blow dry. That would have made the service more personal and that is also what I paid.
