It is the owner that is the problem here. Inadequate management. Overbooking. Not interested in the customer's experience. When my pre-booked 2nd appointment (I was told I had to go twice a week for the expensive Caci treatments to work) could not been honoured and I was told that the therapist was half an hour late and she had someone straight after - implying she no longer had an hour for the session she'd booked - without apology. The girl whose nails she was painting kindly offered that she would finish her toenails herself, but the therapist insisted on continuing. I lost confidence in the salon. The place is average but convenient. I would never pay £50 for one Caci treatment when clearly this is a course. I hoped for some refund, some collaboration to resolving the problem. Instead I got the owner phoning me complaining - interrupting, not listening, and when I asked for a refund of the £50 (we could have negotiated a positive solution here) simply said they are a small business and she would not. The place was heaving with customers. She expected me to simply rebook. I'm busy, I can't reschedule just like that. She went on for half an hour and wouldn't let me say one thing without interrupting ... I ended up shouting at her; will you let me finish my sentence?! Don't you just hate it when someone brings you to that point of rage? This is so not the way to do business. There are better salons in Bath - take your business elsewhere.
