Having booked and paid on wahanda and made an appointment, I was rung the next day by the hairdresser who said they could not accommodate me at that time. It was up to me to try and find another appointment, there was no apology offered. Having done that, and turned up at the agreed time, I had to wait about 50 minutes in the salon, clearly there was no one available, again no apology offered whatsoever, and I had to ask for a glass of water. Staff talked over me about other customers in a way that was not too pleasant. I spent three and half hours there all in all, the result is ok but I had to pay extra, so was left very much out of pocket and having spent all afternoon there - again, no apology offered. The person who blew dry my hair did not listen to my instructions and became slightly unpleasant where I reminded him. There is a funny atmosphere in that place, I would not want to go back there.
