Just been here with my wife for a treat for my birthday, very very disappointing. We had been here a couple of years ago and my wife had a poor treatment but thought we would give it another go, maybe things had changed. I clearly had an inexperienced member of staff, who spent the majority of time sticking her elbow in my back, without any variance or focus on my neck. We've are regular spa goers and know when you've had an experienced therapist. When asked by the receptionist how was my treatment I told her it wasn't good, no response. I asked for a feedback form , they didn't have one. When I said I'd give feedback online then there was a reaction, too late. I am happy to pay for good treatments which are value for money, this was not. This isn't the therapists fault, but the management. Don't make customers pay full price when you haven't taken the adequate time to train your staff.
