I wanted to share my experience as i believe everywhere should have true reviews. I visited this salon with a voucher, i called in advance of booking to enquire about the process and that the stylist would be confident with my hair (naturally curly). i have only had my hair highlighted once before so i am not that experienced on the whole visiting salons regularly. i checked reviews before booking and all looked great.

i was so excited to visit as i was having my hair done to go away, without writing a full essay and going into it fully, i can summarise by saying i wasn't happy from the minute i stepped in. i have never been spoken to so disrespectful, the consultation was started off with telling me what i had and hadn't paid for, i don't feel like there was any need to mention money (drawing the attention to the fact i had bought a voucher)

it also came across strongly like they wanted me out of there quick….in the end the consultation ended up in an argument as the stylist was getting very aggressive as i was unsure of what colour i wanted. this caused me to instinctively get up and get out of the place. i was then told by the stylist he refused to do my hair and basically get out!!

there is much more to this that i won't go into but to summarise its probably the worst customer service i have ever received, i felt so imitated from the moment i got in there. i left and cried my eyes out for most of the night.

I can say, following this i have been offered a complimentary (i still haven't received a refund for the voucher yet) appointment at any time, which you might say 'fixed it'. Not for me, i would never let them near my hair again , i was so upset after this experience. As i mentioned earlier i am not a frequent salon visitor, this has not helped!!

This is my personal experience that i am well within my right to share, there are some fantastic reviews on here so people can decide for yourself, however i was a customer and was treated so bad, i would never visit this salon again. Neither will any of my friends! i have never written bad review and this doesn't sit well with me but my experience was so horrific i had to share.
