Having been to a few Pilates sessions at local gyms and not really feeling any benefits, I had given up on it as a form of exercise. But, being a runner, my boyfriend convinced me to try again as he said it was great for injury prevention.
I finally stumbled across Chris Hocking at PBA and realised Pilates is an art form. It is wonderful to have a teacher who understands anatomy so well and deliver lessons which are focussed, practical and useful.
