I paid for the permanent hair colour and blow dry package however, got manipulated into getting a semi-permanent by the hair dresser and in hind sight it was a bad idea. I went for an electric blue / black colour that was recommended however, the electric blue colour didn't even show - not even a hint of it, what is worst is that the colour runs every time I wash my hair (this doesn't happen when I get permanent colour). I now know that the semi-perm colour was recommended as it's a saving for the salon, it is very cheeky of them and I feel cheated. The hairdresser didn't even check my colour after it was done and simply passed me onto the staff who does the blow dry, who was a lovely lady and gave me a nice hair wash before the blow dry. I told her that I was unhappy with the colour and she said that she would have a word with the colourer but by then he was busy with another customer. I had a feeling that the service wouldn't be up to standards because when I arrived early to my appointment - I wasn't even welcomed and did not even get an offer of tea / coffee whilst waiting (I even had to go next door to buy my coffee). In conclusion - I will not be returning even if there was another offer on as you may simply not get what you've paid for.
