I booked a special deal with this establishment about 2 months in advance so was really looking forward to some serious pampering. I turned up for my appointment and was utterly disgusted to discover that two members of staff had called in sick and the young therapist chose to wait until I arrived at the salon to advise me that I could either wait nearly 2 hours to be seen or rebook! Very very poor customer service especially when I had driven 30 minutes to get there and was on a time frame for the rest of the day. Could not wait and left feeling extremely disgruntled.... the opposite of what was supposed to be achieved with my two hour pamper session. Could have been avoided with some proper training by management on how to deal with these types of emergencies!!
