The hotel was beautiful... Unfortunately for me, it felt like I was on a factory line. Been passed on from one place to another.. Esp With bookings and times. It was very robotic.. And really just felt

The hotel and it's customers that's great, but I would not return. We did not end up using any of the pool facilities, as it was very busy and over run, not my idea of relaxation been squashed in a jacuzzi. I found it all to odd, everyone wandering around with robes on, esp when trying enjoy the ambiance and food. Historically in spas, this kind of thing is confined to one area closer to the spa itself.
To me.. The hotel offer is to pack as many people in as possible
And earn as much revenue as possible. I feel I might as well have spent £50.00 on a standard hotel, as we spent most of ours in our room, as that felt more ambient with two old friends catching up.
Overall, it was a lovely hotel, service was great and we really didn't have to worry about anything. It was all very well organised. Personally it's just not my cup of tea.
