I am absolutely DISGUSTED with the service I have received from DPL and Wahanda, who managed by booking. 48 hours before my appointments, I had to contact Wahanda as I had not received one of the appointment confirmations. A Wahanda staff member assured me that the appointment was confirmed but send me a booking confirmation instead of an appointment confirmation e-mail. The following day, another Wahanda staff member contacted me telling me to reschedule my appointment. Needless to say I was confused. I told the staff member I had been told the appointment was conformed and that since I worked shifts, I wished to cancel both appointments. I work shifts and I live 20 miles away, so it makes no sense to come in for a single appointment. I have now received an e-mail from Wahanda stating that a refund will not be processed since the venue, DPL state that I did not contact them with 72 hours notice. Both Wahanda and DPL wash their hands. My booking has been incompetently managed and now this bunch wash their hands and plan on charging me for services they did not render. Do not touch Wahanda or DPL with a barge pole!
