I was extremely disappointed with the way in which I was treated by this establishment. I needed to get my hair done for my christmas party so I called on the Monday to book for the Tuesday. I was assured the appointment was available and it was confirmed twice via email.. However when I arrived I was then informed that my appointment was canceled due to the hairdresser being off sick and apparently someone had called and 'left me a message' which I never got. My appointment was at 2 in the afternoon not 9am so they had plenty of time to confirm I received the voicemail or even cancel via wahanda and I would have received a email at least... I wasted my lunch break walking down there and back also had to shell out on hair products which I already had at home so I was ready for the evening. A bit of better communication and thought would of gone a long way, I have got a full refund and I won't be re booking with them.
