Went on a deal for cut and blow dry. I appreciate I was paying less than usual so I hope fulling paying customers would be treated better than I. Cold welcome, little chat and generally regarding the poor condition of my hair (this was accompanied with disgusted faces but no advice on what to do), felt rushed out - whole thing lasted 20 minutes, not offered a cup of tea even when another customer (presumably full paying) was made one.
Poor experience. Haircut fine but nothing special. Hair didn't feel as smooth as it usually does when leaving salons (presumably due to the distinct lack of product and the Mark Hill straighteners (£50 high street value).
Hairdressers should make you feel relaxed and pamper. My experience was the opposite.
