I agree with one of the other reviewers: rude, unhelpful staff. I cancelled a booking with them for 2 people Hammam experience with enough notice not to incur a charge or lose my voucher. They dont man their phones all the time (That should have been my first clue about the level of service to expect) so I left a voicemail message. They claim they never got it and would not accept this was their error and cashed in my voucher! I was asked to provide my phone records as proof but unfortunately I had made the mistake of using my work phone so I couldnt. I would never go now regardless of how good the reviews are because never mind that they said I would lose my voucher, they were so rude and abrupt on the phone, I was appalled!Very short sighted behaviour from a business point of view.
