Pilates Body Awareness at The Urdang Academy

I've been looking for a Pilates class that focuses on technique since moving to London a few years ago and am so pleased to have found this! I took a similarly technique-focused class years ago and it rid me of back pain and left me looking and feeling better.

I was sick of the Pilates classes at my local gym where people were crammed into a room and rushed through a series of exercises with no individual attention or direction from the instructor whatsoever. At PBA you focus on doing each move properly so that your body is correctly aligned and so that you get the full benefit out of the effort you're putting in.

I'm only three classes in to my first course here but already feel like I've made great progress. I'm really looking forward to developing and advancing my technique even further going forward!
