I have been training with Jeff Murrey at Ambition for around 6 years, when I started I had a lifelong history of back pain that I lived with and treated with physiotherapy, with limited success (other than for the Physio's bank accounts;), I was working out hard three to four times a week in the gym for around 2 hours a session and I was at a plateau of medium fitness and still overweight! Within a month or two of training with Jeff my back pain disappeared and I saw real fitness improvement, and this fitness improvement happened with two one hour sessions with Jeff and one on my own, so with less than half the training!!! as the first ski season, after training with Jeff, started it was very clear that my fitness had improved and my skiing went to another level because of it. Jeff suggested that I read How to Move Eat and Be Healthy by Paul Check, and subsequently Primal Blueprint by Mark Sisson, and then the whole experience became life changing! I am now very near optimal weight (12-13% fat, down from 21-22%) and fitness, still on less than half the training I was doing before I met Jeff.
