So it didn't get off to a great start. Bonnie over-ran 15 minutes with her last client and the appointment started 20 minutes after it was scheduled. And you know how much busy Londoners hate that, especially since we try to pack so much into our evenings, it just ironically adds to our body-held tensions... In any case, the treatment itself was good. Bonnie has diagnostic hands that successfully locate areas of tension, and the pressure she applies is definitely on the firm side - there were moments when I felt it bordered on sports massage pressure. She is thorough - front and back, feet and head are seen to - and I particularly enjoyed the neck and feet massages. The venue is - granted - not really conducive to relaxing: you have to try and actively ignore the pumping music and the triumphant grunts of yet another successful weight lift from the main area of the gym, but definitely my body felt looser after the hour of massage. I would conclude that it was good value and would not rule out a return visit.
