DO NOT GO HERE. Genuinely the worst experience I have ever had in a hairdresser. It says on the small print that a blow-dry is £20 extra (charged at the appointment). I had, therefore, assumed that a rough dry would be free and so was going to opt for that given the high price of the colouring treatment. I was informed whilst my hair was being done that it would be £20 to dry my hair, and I said I didn't want a blow dry, and was then told it was £20 for a rough dry and £27 for a blow dry. I said no, I'd clearly read the fine print and as I lived round the corner I'd be happy to leave it but wasnt going to pay £20 extra for them to blast it with a hairdryer for a minute. The (nice) guy colouring my hair was finding it very awkward running in between me and the manager relaying our arguments, and finally the manager came over. He started (literally) screaming at me saying, YOU MUST PAY £20, IT SAYS IT ON THE WEBSITE, ITS £20 FOR A ROUGH DRY, WHAT IS £20 TO YOU, YOU PAY £20 FOR A DRINK THESE DAYS, £20 IS NOTHING. He wouldn't listen when I tried to justify myself and asked why, if they make it a requirement to have a £20 'rough dry', is that not added on to the price, and its clear deception. He wouldn't let me speak and continued to shout in my face, to the point where I burst into tears (!). Even then, he continued screaming, and the hairdresser took me to have my hair washed. He kept apologising for the manager's behaviour. Another customer even had to come and ask if I was ok. I left with dripping wet hair, still in tears.
Absolutely disgusting customer service and behaviour. The hair highlights I was actually pleased with - so if you don't being mind screamed at until you cry, or paying a MANDATORY £20 (not clear from the fine print unless this has been amended) for a 'rough dry' blast of a hairdryer, then go...
