I visited for the first time today and am a very nervous sort in the hairdressers. I cannot find anything to fault about the service and the venue. I got a great offer from Wahanda but this didn't result in any lesser service. I got a glass of wine (and top-up), a full consultation, lovely head massage and treatment and the cut to my very scruffy grown out style is superb, I almost felt a bit special! I was recommended a couple of products without any pushiness. The venue is very bright and quirky with some wonderful 50's furniture and kitsch artwork, the staff are relaxed and friendly and the light is excellent, meaning you don't sit under the horrible unnatural light that makes you wince when you look at yourself. Chanel cut my hair, she is funny, coped well with me saying "I hate the hairdresers" and sorted out my untamed mane brilliantly.
