Spa at the Montcalm Hotel Marble Arch

had an elmeis facial and was entitled to use gym and spa for day.
arrived at the hotel and the directions to the spa are not clear, so asked around a bit. Went down stairs and no one was there to open the door came back up again to receptionist and she gave me the key. The receptionist was nice and made me fill in forms before my treatment. the whole spa was a bit quaint.
I arrived early so the receptionist asked if I wanted to go 30 mins earlier I was happy to do
the therapist who did my facial was knowledgeable and did a good job.
The gym - hardly any equipment in there or some of it was broken. Wanted to use the Jacuzzi but it was switched off, and no one was there no staff everyone had gone.
I liked the facial but the spa was not good enough did not use my vochre value as sauna etc was not working and no staff were there to help. ok but wouldn't return
