I had a voucher booked for Shellac Manicure & Pedicure via another voucher website. I called two week sin advance to make my appointment. This was to be the day before my wedding day. The day arrived, and i called at 2pm to confirm my appointment which was for 5:30. The lady on the phone said yes thats all fine.
I arrived at the salon, and a really rude lady came to tell me i didn't have an appointment and that she had a client so she couldn't deal with me. I was gobsmacked and started to explain that someone had confirmed that afternoon and i even showed the call i made on my phone. She was absolutely dismissive and didnt want to hear a word i was saying. I continued to speak and she literally TURNED HER BACK AND WALKED AWAY FROM ME!!!!
Well, that is the worst thing she could have done. I erupted into a fit of anger and created a scene (very unlike me) . She certainly got a full mouthful from me and so did the owner of the salon - Adima, who defended his rude staff and had very little to consolidate for the whole situation.
I am now getting a refund for my voucher - but wow - awful experience and disgusting staff.
