The worst massage I have ever had.
I chose to go here for the £39 massage as I thought it was a good deal with the discount, you get what you pay for! It wasn't even worth a fiver.
Firstly I must say that the staff are friendly and polite, but they just have NO idea what they are doing. My massuese was clearly not qualified, and I felt extremely uncomfortbale.
Ambience is non existent, the treatment room resembles a cheap ikea office with a bed thrown in the middle, there are no essential oils used, no candles or nice insense, no relaxing music, the lights are on bright and the therapist talked to me most of the way through the massage.
As I said, no oils were used so he was just using his hands which were clammy and horrible, and I had a small dirty towel over my body which didn't cover me properly. I felt as if he was giving me a chinese burn all over my body, and he did not focus on my muscle areas at all, most of the time he put the towel over my body and rubbed his hands over it as if he was trying to dry me off.
Also, to start the massage, he was rubbing my feet with his bare hands, and then proceeded to rub his hands all over my face, I don't think this is very hygienic.
Overall, it was honestly the worst massage I have ever had. I will not be returning.
