I booked a set of 20 session with MG fitness - I felt I needed a kick-start back into regular exercise, and this was perfect! Murat is a great trainer - it's not a scary shouty bootcamp, but he really encourages you to push yourself further each week and invest in the training. Each session is different, so you don't get bored, and I've remembered some of the core exercises to try at home. You feel like you've worked out, but you aren't crippled the next day - excellent balance. There are also several extra activities to get involved with - running club, nutrition classes, barefoot running... It's a nice intimate group too, so you get to swap tips and meet like-minded people. It's varied, hard work and effective - highly recommended!
