Spa at the Montcalm Hotel Marble Arch

Hotel very nice, spa well maintained. Nice greeting at arrival. Spa facilities very good, used the sauna, mini-pool, steam room, jacuuzi.
Treatment very nice, therapists were very friendly and did a good job. Very relaxing.
Used the facilities again afterwards.

Just one snag - offer came with a 'goody bag worth over £25'. Waited in reception afterwards to collect this, and waited...and waited. Eventually after 45 mins of no staff appearing a maintenance man told us all the staff had gone home, contrary to the sign at reception saying that 'treatments are in progress'.
Someone from the hotel came to the spa to get us and cobbled together a bag with a few mini shampoos and a keyring in it. Slightly disappointing ending to an otherwise nice afternoon.
