i would not recommend. I bought a livingsocial voucher for 3 waxing treatments, the first visit was just ok in terms of service. It has been very difficult to book the second appointment, the messages/emails weren't returned. When I finally got an appointment and turned up, I was told I didn't have an appointment and had to re-book. I had already had a confirmation email and was sure of the date/time but I was told I didn't have an appointment. When I got back home to check emails, I did have the right date/time and an additional email saying that my appointment was cancelled and re-booked at the exact time I was at the salon...
Needless to say this was a complete waste of time and now have to return in two days. I suspect the only beautician that was there was running late and decided not to keep the last appointment to go home early. Extremely unprofessional. This is the second time that there is no reception staff and there is only a beautician that has to leave the treatment room to answer the door. Will not return.
